Crispy Garlicky Chicken Tenders

Crispy Garlicky Chicken Tenders

Our family gets these spurts of super-busy times of year, where we are running willy-nilly here and there and traveling out of town for various reasons. This is one of those times. We’ve been to an out-of-town concert and big-city shopping spree, piano recital, parent’s dance team meeting, and birthday dinner for daughter just in the past week (not to mention my full-time job), and now it’s time to go mow the lawn on our RV river property (and finally put the dock in the water to boot). We are staying for four days because, well, it’s supposed to be nice weather and when we went there a few weeks ago to put the dock in it rained the Entire Time. We need dry ground for that.

I’ve had almost no time to cook anything but those “busy-time-of-year” meals, along with reheated leftover freezer meals. (OK and a couple dinners out too. Those are few and far between usually but this time was different.)

So in lieu of a new recipe, which I couldn’t post for you since I literally do not have one, I’ll share some “quick and easy” recipes for when you have that Busy Time of Year. Enjoy!
